"Facing a weekend trip with a cracked windshield left my wife & I apprehensive about traveling. My wife contacted Glenn about our issue. He quickly arranged for an installer to contact us and an appointment was made. The installer came to our house and replaced our windshield in a timely manner. "Wow, is a word I would use to explain my experience with Brittany! She has been working with me on and off for 18 days, assisting me in getting a problem resolved. Her knowledge, empathy, and professionalism are truly remarkable. She was a calm and steady amidst the storm I was in. Throughout my whole ordeal she explained in detail what was going on, what was needed, and gave solutions! I felt heard and safe.
