"This office is why I'll be leaving State Farm after over 20 years. Barbara is so friendly, this is true. Try to lower your policy to save money, then you see something quite different. Four months later, my policy is still not right. She was going to correct it and 1 month was correct. The next month was not. We talked on the phone and agreed upon a price for that month that would reflect my change, she even wrote the new price in the notes, only to take out the full amount again. I called State Farm and they told me the different amount was in the notes. What I call the Barbara she said she was confused. How can you be confused? Your notes read to me by State Farm said exactly what you were supposed to do. When I called, it still wasn't made right for this month. 23 years at State Farm and this is why I leave. Great job Barbara... congratulations."

"This State Farm office is very friendly and helpful. Barbara and Michael are so pleasant and know us by name. Glen and Barbara have both helped us with claims that were either slow moving or complicated. They are knowledgeable and care about their customers. Devyn and Trudy also are extremely friendly and helpful. We have worked with this group for years, even back to when it was Jim Hart’s office. Since the early 90s!"

"Not happy at all. I bought a truck and was misquoted on my policy, was told I was good to go that I was covered. Turns out they made a mistake on the quote which I was not aware of till later and I was not covered. I paid the difference of the mistake and then received a letter from the state saying my insurance had lapsed. I thought I had insurance. So now I have to pay $150 to renew my DL. Not happy. Had to pay a down-payment because they made a mistake on the quote and now have to pay this $150. I will find a different insurance policy now which I hate to do."
