"Wow, is a word I would use to explain my experience with Brittany! She has been working with me on and off for 18 days, assisting me in getting a problem resolved. Her knowledge, empathy, and professionalism are truly remarkable. She was a calm and steady amidst the storm I was in. Throughout my whole ordeal she explained in detail what was going on, what was needed, and gave solutions! I felt heard and safe. Even when there were obstacles she couldn't assist in, she gave me enough information to continue the process from my end! Brittany is definitely a person you want in your corner.
